Caught an episode of Life After People on the History Channel. They present what would happen if all the people disappeared (not why they disappeared, just what happens afterward). The episode I saw was the seventh, "Sin City Meltdown" and covered Las Vegas and Atlantic City. During the episode they cover places that have been abandoned, which helps to reinforce how quickly nature can reclaim the world of man.

The first episode, "The Bodies Left Behind", is repeating tonight at 10 CST. It covers Boston and Houston and what happens to mummies in museums, cryogenically frozen bodies, etc.
Looks like there will be 10 episodes in all

You can watch some of the episodes online, though I think I'll catch the repeats as it looks much better in HD.
