Broken bones and physical therapy

I start physical therapy tomorrow for my arm/hand. I was given clearance to use my arm/hand all I can, but man, does it ever hurt when I do sometimes. I still can't turn it all the way, or use it exactly right which is scary.

I'm a little nervous about physical therapy, they won't force my arm to turn completely right away, will they? Do I have any control or say over how much they push me and such? I'm afraid I might hyperventilate if they push me too fast.

Does anyone know how PT works?

but I am close to dead-sure that every PT fully comprehends the ejaculation,

And no, have never heard anyone suggest that 'therapy' ever consists of some sudden, painful twisting of anything.
Unless s/he's a Republican; (in that event: best to ascertain First, eh?)
