It has a huge lanai (screened Porch) 2 burner stove reefer and bathroom. This weekend the wife and kids can come over and vaca a little. No more dehydrated food. Dinner tonite small skirt steak garlic jalapeno finely diced red onion mushrooms olive oil place skirt steak on wooden board and spread jalapeno and garlic over the surface. use hammer and pound ingredients in as well as pounding the steak paper thin. heat olive oil in skillet until first tendrils of smoke appear. throw steak in and cover with chopped onions and mushrooms.
