My son went hunting down on my brother's ranch and all he got was a rattlesnake. The rattler (14 buttons long) was put in his guitar, as he was told by someone that was the thing to do (the first I've heard of such things). He's treating the skin and is going to make a belt out of it. Which leaves the meat. I've never eaten (much less cooked) rattlesnake meat before.
Any suggestions?
