I will choose a path that's clear. I will choose freewill.

It doesn't sound to me like he did. Without more evidence, you have to trust people in authority to carry out their jobs. IOW, if they're given pepper spray and a Taser, then one has to assume they are given proper training and discretion on when to use it and when to threaten to use it. Again, I don't see the problem. Children must learn to obey the rules and do as instructed. If there's a problem with the rules and the instructions, well that's something for adults to address. My $0.02. Cheers, Scott.
