I didn't see anything in the suggesting an intent to initiate any new activities via presidential fiat. As a matter of fact, I'd like to see him undo every signing statement Bush made. If Congress passed the law, either sign it or veto it. Signing it with an asterisk that says, "* But we won't enforce it" is complete bullshit.

I expect to be objecting to Obama's policies by about noon on January 21, but this isn't scary. This isn't, um, anything. Thinking about reversing a few of an unpopular President's more obnoxious executive orders is more "well DUH" than "bwaghahahaha".
