They got it from the FEC which got it from Obama's filings.
What evidence do they have that "There are way too many overseas contributions"? As of the end of September, Obama had 1,430,415 donations reported.

There are an estimated 6.5 million Americans abroad, and about 990,000 of them requested ballots for the 2006 election, according to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission.
Of that 990,000, 119,000 were military voters. ThatÂs about 10 percent of the total overseas military population.
Out of the 119,000 ballots that troops requested, fewer than half  about 57,000  were counted. That leaves about 62,000 ballots unaccounted for, equivalent to ballots going missing for everyone in Flagstaff, Ariz.

Jeanne McCurdy seems to be a legit donor:

$4620 in the cycle. $4600 is the legal limit ($2300 in primary, $2300 in the general), and it's certainly possible that there are two people with the same name.
IOW, there's no "there" there, IMO. It's all innuendo.
If they want to get upset, they should sort the list by Amount:

Whoops. "Mr. Chris Rock" gave Obama $9200 before "REATTRIBUTION/REDESIGNATION REQUESTED". If anyone can find someone who has given more than $4600 who doesn't have a notation, then they can claim that something's fishy. Otherwise, they're trying to find a conspiracy where none exists.
Cheers,
Scott.
