Due to the devaluation of the house, it is now worth just under what I owe. So selling to them would leave me with 40% of the mortgage. And I do have a guy looking into a short sale. A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. (Herm Albright)
