New Funny!
They didn't show taking it off though. Welder's gloves?

Imric's Tips for Living
  • Paranoia Is a Survival Trait
  • Pessimists are never disappointed - but sometimes, if they are very lucky, they can be pleasantly surprised...
  • Even though everyone is out to get you, it doesn't matter unless you let them win.

Nothing is as simple as it seems in the beginning,
As hopeless as it seems in the middle,
Or as finished as it seems in the end.

New Perhaps not.
I've lived with cats almost all my life. That was a very placid and accomodating cat; it would probably be not too concerned with you removing the tape.

In fact, it looked like packing tape, not duct tape. That would be quite a bit easier to pull off.

Wade.

Is it enough to love
Is it enough to breathe
Somebody rip my heart out
And leave me here to bleed

Is it enough to die
Somebody save my life
I'd rather be Anything but Ordinary
Please

New Thin line between funny / sadistic
A friend used to smear peanut butter on roof of dog's mouth.
(I have no idea whether pnut allergies happen in dogs)
His antics, trying to get this strange sticky stuff off ... were said to be funny.

OTOH - actual duct tape on any furry critter, as stickee -?-
should require that the sticker have the stuff tightly wrapped around / across
(as applies) all his/her naughty bits >and their hairy decorations.<

Then see who laughs.

New the line may be thin, but
...this video was on the other side of it.

Jeez, if animals imagined gods and demons, their Lucifer would look like Man.
Die Welt ist alles, was der Fall ist.
New Our dog loves peanut butter.
She's taking some medication now, and we put the pills in peanut butter on a dog food nugget. It sometimes sticks to her mouth and her tongue goes nuts. But she loves the stuff. :-)

I agree with Wade - the kitty didn't seem to be terribly annoyed by the packing tape (it didn't look like duct tape to me, either). In my past experience, if my cat was really upset by how he was being manipulated, he would flop over on his side and glare at me until I rectified the situation.

"Kitty don't play dat."

:-)

Cheers,
Scott.
(Who's a little curious about what the Japanese writing said...)
New The writing said...
"This cat is a professional. Don't try this at home."
Smile,
Amy
