New Standard rant about Congress....
I remember hearing it years ago.

So, now I have to wonder if the statistics are old.

84 arrested on DUI? Maybe in the past...but if 84 members were arrested for DUI this year....I think we would've heard it.

New well considering 2% of the general population is arrested
annually so over the last 20 years about 1/2 half of all adults have been arrested for that particular crime and 20 years from now the entire adult population will have been arrested for dui, 84 out of 435 aint bad.
