A Chicago restaurant has a special named for Caruso

Linguini Caruso at The Italian Village in the loop. Created for (by?) Enrico Caruso years ago. Linguini in a butter/cream/garlic sauce with sauted chicken gizzards and chopped chives. Yummy.
