The guy looks deranged, somewhere between Howard Hughes and Norman Bates. I really can't believe that 2 members of the jury have a reasonable doubt about his guilt.

Didn't matter
Even if they did find him guilty, the judge's instructions practically guarenteed a mistrial.

they looked at the evidence and not at the physical appearance of the man.
Besides, his eyes may be beady but he doesn't have the sloping forehead ;-)
Too much of today's music is fashionable crap dressed as artistry.
