Probably a desperation move on SCO's part to keep from having to give Novell all their money. Jay
Post #292,954 by Andrew Grygus 9/14/07 8:30:59 PM Reply	It'll delay it a trifle but Novell isn't a creditor. SCO was handling money belonging to Novell as an agent. Their retaining it may count as fraud or theft but it is not owed as a debt. It will have to go to trial to determine the amounts but most likely there'll be very little for the actual creditors to pick over. [link\|http://www.aaxnet.com\|AAx]
