I don't think it's parody.

I think they're sincerely nuts. Their term of service is completely humorless unless you like laughing at crazy people.

These idiots have more say in our government than lucid people and it's not going to change any time soon.

There's something about the way it's written that says to me that they're genuine. I wish they weren't. In some ways, the Internet makes the little dingbats more visible.
