I didn't know I was going to be sharing Baltimore with an anime convention this past weekend. (I was there for a cousin's wedding.) Man, but weren't those costumes hilarious, as they all came across the street to the inner harbor for lunch. And walking down the street from their hotels to the convention center. And riding up and down the elevator at our hotel with us.

Jenn tried for the first half-hour to not stare, until I told her, "Honey, when someone wears a corset, a plaid micro-mini, a teddy-bear backpack, Hello Kitty ears and purple hair ... and that's the guys ... they want you to stare."
