looking at his name, the neighborhood, attitude
and cousins sideline business I am guessing he came from compton or some other pesthole recently without understanding local issues. Alaska natives have a very large deaf population and many hearing folks know rudimentary sign language. Doesnt say who the folks in the truck were but I am guessing locals.
