I dont know if Andrew is huggable. I've never had the chance to find out.
I'm sorry that you met me in not one of my best moments. Normally I'm a lot more fun and chatty. I didnt even get to tell any band camp stories. You all did seem to enjoy me blowing up that beach ball, though!
It was also very nice to meet Wade and sample vegemite. Tasty!
I also learned that a man in a kilt is indeed very nice to look at.

You can get kilts in any length you like.
Including mini-kilts. Since most are made to measure*, you can specify any particular dimensions you like. However, the pattern for a kilt for a girl's hips is slightly different from that for a boy's hips. Not all kilt-makers will make a kilt for a woman.
Beware - I know a lot more about kilts than you would suspect. This has caught me out a few times. :-D

They're aimed at women.
There is much discussion about the Right Length of a kilt on a man, including pictures of How Not To Do It. So the widespread consensus in the kilted community is that mini-kilts are too short for a man. Thus, they are targetted at women. Mini-kilts are actually a version of a kilted skirt, anyway.
Mind you, I haven't asked. Perhaps I should. It would certainly stir discussion!
But as I said before, since they're mostly made to measure, a kilt-maker would make a short one if you like. Some will try to argue you out of it, mind.
