An inability to patiently, methodically assess risks, realistically attempt to balance say, patent Disruption of a vested, once-accepted techno with a naive expectation that - you can piss away Energy indefinitely: at No Cost. Ever. (And 100 other similes which don't matter, either - because all were/are-still Talking Past each other. As always. Muricans have 0-Guts for facing any aspect of their gluttony and its consequences across the board.) I don't even pay attention to newsbytes on this topic, any more - they are as incompetent as are the Pols making like ostriches. Nothing to See. And I know something of the site, the assumptions and the reasoning, etc. - and it's All Irrelevant.)
