It would be polite to avoid mentioning a problem like that if they where taking steps to fix it. But in the end you are under no obligation to them. And mentioning the problem in public may be the kick needed to get them to fix it.

New That's what I would have thought.
I should add they suggested an alternate browser (IE or FireFox), but I got no response when I said they need to mention the browser limitation on their webpages.

I'll go see if that other community has any sensible replies. :-)
