If you've tried batch jobs that tie into rundll32.exe like [link|http://groups.google.com/group/alt.msdos.batch/browse_thread/thread/23a2b43c508fcb3/47ccdf7a6476e0a6?lnk=st&q=windows+print+to+file+script&rnum=2&hl=en#47ccdf7a6476e0a6|these], and that hasn't worked, then I think you'll have to try something like [link|http://www.printdistributor.com/|Print Distributor] that seems to claim to do what you want.

Caveat emptor. I haven't tried either of these techniques.
