Sadly they shot themselves in their own foot when our VP called them and tried to get the cost - they kept ignoring his request & pushing to come in and demo it. He just about crawled through the phone to strangle the sales drone in frustration. He got so pissed off he just hung up on them without ever getting the cost number.
