Post #282,831 by drewk 4/23/07 8:07:26 PM Reply	Nope, saw that one I've seen a couple of threads saying the behavior started with recent xorg updates, but none of the suggestions there worked. It looks to me like every time an application tries to save state is when it breaks. ie: Move or resize a window and gdm restarts. Then I can't use that app any more. For instance Galeon is still working, but I'm afraid to resize it. Firefox hasn't worked since the first time I maximized it after the upgrade. Guess I'll keep researching and trying things. Would you save time by starting over with a clean Feisty install? :-( I think part of the reason why you can't find solutions to these problems is that few people encounter them - or if they do they give up and reinstall.
