With this much manure around, there must be a pony somewhere.
New It's a start. But, of course, it's not the first time...
that people were apparently robbed of a medal. Even the Russian fellow was shaking his head sheepishly when he shook hands with the Canadian team - he knew they weren't the best.

The men's diving competition in the last summer games was another example, though I can't recall the details. And women's gymnastics seems to often be tilted as well.

I don't know how they can get away from the potential for bias in the judging in subjective competitions like this. But it certainly seemed blatant last night.

The phrasing of the SI story doesn't make me optimistic that anything will change.
