go for limited immunity or full.
one can take the 5th in almost any classification of case
"What is your name"
"I will use the 5th ammendment of the constitution and not reply"
stupid but legal. One cannot be compelled to testify.

Sometimes immunity is used as a cudgel to get people to talk when they don't want to under any circumstances. IOW, if they give her immunity, she has to testify.

(I think we're saying the same thing, it's just that I think your phrasing was ambiguous. :-)
