Another 2 for $1USD at the local video store.

This campy, horror (comedy?) film, was apparently shot low budget and in New Zeland. Basically a guy from the Zoo captures a "Rat Monkey" from an island and his men take it to a zoo. A guy who lives with his "mum" meets a girl and takes her to the zoo, and his "mum" follows and gets bitten by the "Rat Monkey" and gets a disease that turns her into a Zombie-like creature. Tons of makeup, puppets, etc later, when he has a house full of zombies, he gets a lawn mower and cuts them up into shreads. He is covered with blood, but in later shots he has less blood.

Well anyway I can see why it was two for a dollar, but half the time I was laughing at it because it was so silly, cheap, and campy. Sort of like "Attack of the killer tomatoes" or "The toxic avenger".
