Less than half of the citizens of those countries will be on welfare, while the other half won't be able to work because of their lack of education. The small percent that will work will most likely pool their money to get more terrorist camps built in secret just like our US Milita groups. Only now they will have US protection and rights.

Facisim cannot be used to fight facisim! Terrorism cannot be used to fight terrorism!

Get them back on their feet, teach them how to be more democratic and have equal rights, and hope that it catches on.
