New You know, the great thing about pizzas
is they pretty well give you the recipe when describing it. I reckon I can make one of those for about $125.

Perhaps I'll try it.

New 'Petrossian caviar' . . .
I researched that yesterday. Petrossian is an importer and distributor of caviar so "Petrossian caviar" can be anything they sell. They list "caviar" from about $900/k to at least $7400/k, so if you stick to mostly the cheap stuff you can still advertise "Petrossian caviar" and keep the price down.

Of course I don't know how much recognition and prestige Petrossian has outside New York City.
