Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Mjoellnir, actually.
And yes, that's not actually uncommon knowledge here in Northern Europe. I'd hazard a suggestion that it's not actually all that uncommon in the American-speaking land known as Turtle Island, either.

My iMac is called Thor and my server is called Odin. Jo's laptop is called Bagpuss, after the great god of soft furnishings.

New Well, *actually* "actually"...
...it's usually more like "Mjölner", "Mjølnir", "Mjolnr", or something like that -- for one thing, the old Norse were likely to have many ways to skin a spelling cat; for another, there's probably no absolute consensus on how to transcribe their runes into our Latin alphabet.

But anyway, two observations: Your variant with two l's, while I've probably seen it before, is rare; and the whole "oe" thing is of course strictly for poor Southlanders who haven't upgraded to the Extended (Umlaut) Edition of the Roman alphabet.

New Who cares?
No matter how you spell it, it's still going to sound like a Technicolor yawn when you say it.

New Oddly enough

On certain other sites frequented by my American brethren, it's not uncommon to read "I'd hit it with my mighty Mjolnir!"
