Yeah, the bit about the husband "sent you here" -- while it *could* well be true, and even if it *probably* was -- nice going PRESUMING that the man is calling the shots in the marriage to that extent, Judge-LADY.

The *whole fucking thing*, as I said to Wade, can only be summed-up as "Sheesh!".

New Its called fraud and it is illegal.
The judge (and in non Judy cases the jury) can and likely would, in this case, determine that the intent was to defraud and that the act of acception over $400 for 2 pictures would corroborate that intent.

What they did was illegal and I agree with the outcome.
