What I'm looking for is the date it was changed to include 9/11 references, quotes from Bush and the media, and etc. I searched on Billboard.com but I don't know the artist, I had just assumed it was Don Henley. He sings the altered version but it's been intercut with the 9/11 media. I found a Don Henley site but no sign of anything about the altered version. I even looked on Barnes & Noble and can't even find a recording of that version. I've been looking for over an hour for the answer, maybe I should just assume it was in 2001 and use that year as the date I recorded it. EDIT: I forgot to say thanks for trying to help, though! It's definitely the song "New York Minute" by Don Henley, they even say that on the radio, but it's intercut with 9/11 references, instead of played straight. I'm just weird, I like to put proper dates on things I tape or write or photograph, and it's bugging me that I can't find the date and never dated it back then.
