New One disagreement
I suspect this whole situation is going to trigger some severe antitrust action against Microsoft - first in Europe, then in Asia, and finally in the U.S.
I don't think any Asian countries ... oh who are we kidding, it's China ... will bother bringing legal action. They'll just crack everything themselves and tell Microsoft to go fuck themselves when they complain. Who do you think is going to be making nearly all the hardware by the end of the decade?

New You're forgetting Japan . . .
. . they've already been in a couple minor dustups with Microsoft. There's also Korea and Taiwan. Korea was in a tiff with Microsoft just a couple months ago.

New All they can do is say "no"
China can make their own and sell the shit out of it.
