New What do you charge for this?
At my rate I would have bought a few machines for that many hours. You are either WAY too cheap or your clients have a silly attachment to old hardware.
New Depends on how you look at it.
Keep in mind that I'm a business, not an hourly worker. When they buy all their equipment from me and I build it and maintain it, that equipment works - it's part of the service package. It's why I don't lose clients.

This sort of thing happens, not often, but it does happen, so yes, I'll be absorbing a lot of the effort here. In the long run, it's good business.
