Reminds me of going back to Germany one winter

Arrived at McGuire AFB (NJ) as a little (MN definition) arrived. Three days later the airport was reopened for traffic. Here in MN that little snow doesn't even warrant slowing down operations...

Of course in was interesting watching all the AF personnel shovel the runways... ;-)

I don't remember EVER getting a snow day when I was growing up (Hopkins MN School District), but suburban Minneapolis schools didn't tend to do that thing very often.
