Needed the Windows admin to be there for a domain join. Hours of typy pointy clicky. Feeling good, done for the day, time to play a bit. Hey, I always wanted to play with snapshots. I've hit snapshot several time during the day. If I hit the bright shiny revert button, it'll give me a choice or an are you sure, right? OF COURSE FUCKING NOT 4 hours - poof. I'll be here the next 2 hours recreating it.

I've tested a double ssh tunnel from home through our corp ssh bounce box, to the internal Linux box so I can use the VMWare console client locally. A little laggy, but works OK. Kind of weird to be executing a Windows XP session on a Linux box in the office, yet the user interface it on a Linux box at home.
