. . so of course I bought some on Saturday - now I have to figure out what to do with them. They're no longer hard to find - the Chinese have set up some big frog farming operations (but can they teach them to croak in proper French?).
Of course that means I'll have to set up a Reptiles and Amphibians page. Well, shouldn't be too hard - what do we have? Frogs, turtles (the Hawaii Supermarket has two kinds, live) and snakes (they sell frozen rattlesnakes down the street). Alligator is now known genetically closer to birds than to reptiles but I guess we can put that here too for tradition's sake. Alligator is common in the Asian markets now and they have it down the street where they sell rattlesnake.
