New More on Reichert
The lame-assed tattler who felt compelled to make sure a school bus driver was fired for flipping off Bush and then crowed about it repeatedly for political gain.

Last night local TV was innundated with political ads. All about Darcy Burner, Rechert's opponent. Two negative to one positive over and over again.

Nothing about Reichert at all. Hmmmmm.

If you think he was kind of a pussy for getting a school bus driver fired and then talking about it over and over again in multiple venues, then perhaps you'd like to throw his opponent a few bucks so she can get her message out. This race is described as a "toss up" and is a chance to toss out yet another repuglican.

BELLEVUE, Wash., Nov. 15, 2006(AP)

Democrat Darcy Burner conceded the race to Republican Rep. Dave Reichert a week after Election Day, but did not rule out another run for office.

Burner's loss ended the Democrats' best hope for claiming a Republican House seat in this left-leaning state. It was her first run for elected office. She called Burner on Monday night but did not concede publicly until Tuesday.

"I haven't made any decisions," Burner, a former Microsoft Corp. manager, said at a news conference. "I plan on taking my son to Disneyland this weekend, as I promised I would."

Reichert's lead stood at 4,727 votes on Tuesday, or 51.1 percent to Burner's 48.9 percent.

She had an up-hill battle and did pretty well.

Why on Earth did the count take so long?

Cheers,
Scott.
