New superbowl finally a game worth watching
was travelling during the first half but caught it on radio, nice to see a game go to the wire for a change,

New Just wish it wasn't on FOX
Fox broadcast the game in "Fox Widescreen", which at 480p widescreen is comparable to a DVD in quality. While it looked good, it definitely paled in comparison to the few HDTV(1080i) games I've seen.

New I just wish that the RAMs offense
didn't have that many turnarounds where the other team got the ball. Because of two mistakes, New England scored two touchdowns.

If New England missed that fieldgoal in the last 12 seconds of the game, it would have gone into overtime.

I don't remember his name, but he was the guy who hadn't missed an indoor field kick in 23 tries this season.

All the more reason to have it outdoors, someplace like Lambau Field. Those indoor thingies are only good for promotionals and the stupid halftime shows.

Guess I just answered my question "why that will never happen" :=)

New When was the last one?
Some local blabbering talk guy was saying the last two close games had both been on schedules that had only one week between the final playoff game and the superbowl.

I remember the last Bengals' appearance, with Joe Montana's near-Hail Mary pass. But surely there have been close finishes since then?
