Defence[sic] Secretary Donald Rumsfeld said earlier this year the US was losing the propaganda war to its enemies.

And you know, these guys never met a war they didn't like (others to fight for them), so I guess we can expect more shock the monkey and awe shit on the truth front from the "administration".
