New ah, no
I've been a thousand or more miles away all week, and my role has been that of a helpless onlooker (although I did get one of her old professors, this year resident in Prague, onto the mailing list). I will attempt to visit her next week, but (although V and I have remained fond friends) may not make it past either the sister, the present lover or the former swain, all of whom are fiercely and properly protective of her limited energies.
