what part of the following quote is not true?
"The letter, written in Spanish, tells recipients: "You are advised that if your residence in this country is illegal or you are an immigrant, voting in a federal election is a crime that could result in jail time."
state the offense.
A citizen is no longer an immigrant. Investigate until you are blue in the face but unless there is a law stating that the truth may never be revealed in political letters yer out of luck.

You can't change that reality (and a naturalized citizenship can be revoked). It's clearly a misuse of words designed to make legal voters nervous about voting.
