One of radio's great talk show hosts passed away on Friday. I used to listen to him in the early 90's and hated to miss a single show. Don't if anyone here recalls him, but he was the best.

Only rarely do I imagine 'missing' AM radio.. but I sense regret in not having heard such a finely not-tuned curmudgeon At Work. Will have to let the .mp3 of 'Airstream' trickle down my dialup .. .. .. as I rebuild a Vacheron et Constantine pocket repeater, twice.
