I haven't been able to find any from the big names, either.

Maybe look around [link|http://www.power-on.com/microatx.html|here]. There may be some gotchas if you need -5V. [link|http://www.power-on.com/microatxss200anv.html|This] one seems to be the right size, but I don't know if it has the connectors you need, etc.

Maybe just replacing the fans will keep it in fine shape for as long as you use that system. From the description of the systems I've seen, microATX is designed for small size and low cost, so it's probably too much to expect that it'll last as long as a PCPC or Antec supply. Maybe they figure the profit margin is too slim to be in that market.
