New the double standard is alive and well
Almost none of the women in that list will serve time. As the judge said in one of those cases cited, "If the genders were reversed someone would be getting a lot of jail time".

The psychological effect is different depending on sex.

not with the reversing of the roles...but in the fact that at 18, you should be an adult.
