It seems that there's a small contingent of Lexus buyers who play a game with oil changes: they Don't. These brag at the local watering hole.. "Hey, Bubba - I gots 65K on *my* oil.." It works for the first couple years - then they trade.

This is hearsay from an ex-Lexus salesman, apparently in truthiness mode. It also fits certain shallow personalities I've encountered, ie. I'd still want a look inside the valve cover re recent flush, compression check etc. etc.

Other reports are as you suggest - if all the services are done, they run and run.
But a bit boring and typ soft suspension, so as not to rumple the Armani.
