On ezbored width was in the user's preference, so that's where I looked. OK, confirmed, it keeps the width from session to session. Not quite as good as moving the button, but livable.

How does one narrow the edit box?
It was ez on ezbored, width was in the user's preference, but I don't see that here, and the edges of the edit box don't drag.
