The US needs more pragmatism (teens fuck, get over it) and less moralising (ooh, they're all going to HELL!) on this and similar subjects (sex toys illegal in Alabama, ffs). Sexual politics reaches enlightenment when gubmint realises that as long as it's safe, consensual and doesn't frighten the horses, it's OK.
