Iran hands over nuclear offer response
Iran's top nuclear negotiator has delivered his country's response to a package of incentives offered by the U.N. Security Council's five permanent members plus Germany in exchange for halting its uranium enrichment program, Iranian media reported.
Details of the response were not immediately available.
The exact response is secret, but the general outline can be understood. In particular Iran is still insisting that they will not agree to stopping all nuclear refinement.
I expect the US to push for sanctions at this point. But I am not convinced of their ability to get them. That will depend on what Europe thinks of Iran's response.
