- Unplugged the keyboard and mouse from my Belkin Omni switchbox and plugged them directly into the computer
- switched mouse and keyboard
- switched to an older (known working) config.sys
In all cases, I can boot to the command prompt and use my keyboard without any problem -- which is one step up from booting from floppy. I'm not exactly sure what the real problem is.
One thing I can remember, a while back I was trying to get a W95 game to run under odin, and when it did my keyboard and mouse locked up (had to cold boot) I suppose that might have... er... broken something.
