But the PC's spread has been uneven: in America there are 70 PCs for every 100 people...
And then there are places like, ahem, my house, where there are 4 people and 5 PCs that actually work, along with sundry pieces strewn about in various states of not-working.

New PC Distribution
Heard on radio a couple of days ago, on the subject of education...

The families living in the inner city have a ratio of 1 PC per 3 families, while the affluent suburbs have a ratio of 3 PCs per family.

Number may be off, but that was the jist of the statement.
