We already blew a substation out
Here in St. Louis, last night a substation overloaded and blew, leaving about 10,000 people again without power. Fortunately, it wasn't us. They repaired it and are getting people back up. There's about 1,600 still without power on this second day of record breaking heat.
I feel so bad for the people without power, I know it was miserable for us when it happened to us.
